About Sian

Meet the team!

Sian, our Head Therapies graduated in 2013 from Edge Hill University with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy.

 

Since graduating Sian has been working for Peak Performance. During this time she has gained extensive experience in treating Musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. 

​

Sian has also worked with Elite sport, supporting the New Zealand All Blacks in the Rugby World Cup 2015, and treating at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

At Peak Performance we treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

We can offer many difference modes of treatment to suit your individual needs, which are available at both our Caerphilly and  Newport Clinics.

We offer a mobile service available at an additional charge,

Our Mission

Our mission and goal is to enhance people's performance in their chosen field whether it be on a sports field, at home, or at work.

We aim to get people back to their chosen sport in the quickest and safest timescale.
